- If you have changed your mind or if the product doesn’t meet your expectation, you have 30 days from the delivery date of your original purchase to make a return.
- Renewed machines are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, only warranty service.
- If your machine arrived damaged or you have received the wrong product please contact us.
- This return policy is for merchandise purchased directly from aipersmart.com only.
- Please DO NOT return your items in person to any outlet stores or distribution centers.
- The customer must first send an email to email@example.com to obtain a return label before sending any products back to AiperSmart.
- Return your item(s) in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts.
- Attach the returnlabel on the outside of the package being returned.
- Bring the package to your local UPS/FedEx office near you.
In order to avoid malicious return, once we receive the merchandise, it will be inspected to make sure it meets quality standards. AiperSmart reserves the right to deny refund for returned merchandise which appears to be excessively used or abused.
It may take up to one weeks for your refund to be issued. The refund will be issued in either check or credit format based on the original purchase. If you are out of the 30 day window for returns, refer to the warranty policy in your user's guide.
