Return Policy

You can return unused products within 30 days after receiving the order; 30 days after receiving the order;


To be eligible for a return, the packaging must be unused, without any traces of dis-assembly, and the packaging must be the same as the receiving conditions.


*Second-hand products:

We do not provide returns except for extreme damage/fault conditions;

The customer must first send an email to aipersmartstore@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization before sending any products back to Aiper Smart. Otherwise, no refund or replacement will be given. If the delivery exceeds 30 days, the customer must pay the shipping fee to return the product or sacrifice the product.


If your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive a replacement or refund.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the freight. The specific cost should be calculated according to the courier company you choose. If due to our reasons, the received goods are damaged or incorrect, and for this reason, consumers do not need to bear the freight;

In order to avoid a high malicious return rate and save our labor cost and time, we will charge consumers a return fee of 10%~20% to return the product;

Refund Policy

1. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2.Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

3.Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4.Refunds

Please notify us after the product is shipped, and attach the tracking number to the package. After receiving your returned product in our warehouse and checking whether the product is in good condition, we will refund you within 3 working days and the system will automatically send you a notification email.
